Full description of the position

Full Time sales position that will require a self-motivated person with strong communication abilities to develop and establish long-term customer relationships with residential and commercial customers. Strong sales background is recommended along with product understanding. They will be responsible to promote, sell, secure and job cost orders. Interaction with social media is also recommended.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop new residential and commercial customer accounts

Business Development, follow up on sales leads

Estimate takeoffs from plans or site measurements and price jobs accordingly

Follow up on proposals, meet with customers as needed

Meet with crew, prep crew on job

Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships

Order and Inventory materials

Promote sales and services to customers, client satisfaction is key

Required Qualifications:

Background in hardscape, construction and products

Oral and Written communication skills

Valid Drivers License

Experience with all aspects of the sales cycle

Computer Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
