Junior Sales Associate

We have recently expanded with a new client and are looking for a Junior Sales Associate to help support the sales and management team. We are a small business in Wilmington, focused on developing the competitive nature and willingness to lead within every member of our team. This is a valuable opportunity for those who want experience in team leadership, sales, entrepreneurship, and anybody with a competitive mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional manner during all conversations with customers
• Review customer transaction records
• Provide sales support
• Demonstrate solid troubleshooting skills
• Maintain a reliable working knowledge of customer information
• Effectively handle a number of competing priorities
• Work independently and with a team
• Maintain up-to-date on product knowledge and trainings

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or customer-facing role
• Strong computer literacy
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via written and verbal channels
• Excellent multi-tasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,675.32 - $70,965.80 per year
