Full description of the position

We are looking for a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative who will take initiative to drive sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers, recognizing opportunity, and taking swift, smart action. Strategy, business development, and execution are key.

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing customer base, focusing on key stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of individual customer's needs.
• Set targets and implement strategies that will lead to increased sales Identify products and categories where customers are under penetrated and work to drive growth.
• Identify and secure meetings with key decision makers at prospective customers/companies.
• Execute engaging and thoughtful sales presentations.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of the product line, the brand story, and the competitive landscape.
• Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
• Must be very comfortable and confident presenting to large groups of people
• Must have the ability to draw conclusions from sales data to track trends and make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop effective sales content.
• Work with Inventory Planning to ensure customer's needs are met.
• Responsible for tracking all activity and opportunities in CRM Travel to attend customer meetings, tradeshows, and industry events with travel 50%+ of the year

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: $70,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year

Work Location: On the road
