Critter Control of the Triangle, is a locally owned franchise of Critter Control – the nation’s leading wildlife management company, specializing in wildlife removal, exclusion, damage repair and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities:

· Oversee all aspects of the in-home sales function

· Hire and train new Sales Consultants

· Set sales quotas and goals

· Oversee and direct the performance of the Sales Team

· Manage and track sales in our field service management software

· Analyze sales statistics based upon key performance indicators

· Be knowledgeable about the products and services we provide

· Coordinate with the Service and Office Teams to execute wildlife damage repair solutions efficiently and effectively

· Follow up with customers upon completion of the work to ensure satisfaction

· Handle and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

· Self-motivated team player with a drive to succeed

· Effective interpersonal, organization and communication skills

· Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

· Demonstrated ability to set and meet sales goals

· Strong supervisory and leadership skills

· Minimum of 5 years sales experience; preferably in-home

· Experience hiring, managing and mentoring a sales team is required

· Experience in construction is preferred; knowledge of wildlife is a plus but not required

· Comfortable with ladders and confined spaces like attics and crawl spaces

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Must pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
