Our Raleigh Division is growing, and we are seeking a New Home Consultant to join our team. Our New Home Consultant will be responsible for the conversion of prospects into Future Davidson Homeowners, referral generation, self-prospecting, and building community and Realtor relationships. The community locations being hired for: Four Oaks, Mebane and Lillington areas.

• Monitor, meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Actively use CRM program for follow-up and marketing management
• Generate leads by building relationships and self-prospecting
• Provide consistent, excellent customer service in all areas, including maintenance of sales backlog through closing.
• Must be a strong team collaborator
• Master Davidson Homes Sales Process
• Assist Online Sales Consultant & Marketing Team to ensure accuracy
• Build & maintain broker relationships on an ongoing basis
