Do you have parts counter experience and are tired of working nights and weekends? Leave the car dealership or retail parts store grind behind and come join our team Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. Right of Way Equipment Company in Raleigh, NC is currently seeking an experienced Parts Counter Salesperson for our Hillsborough Street based dealership. We are a family owned Outdoor Power Equipment dealer who started in 1973 that sells and services both commerical and consumer brands such as Toro, Hustler Turf, and GreenWorks Commercial. We also carry the complete Stihl and Echo lines of equipment as well as other products such as aerators, parking lot blowers, etc.

Responsibilites:

* Previous Parts Counter Experience within OPE, Automotive or Powersports Industries is Required.

* In this role you will provide OPE (Outdoor Power Equipment) Parts answers and solutions for both our Commercial and Consumer customers.

* Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills that will allow them to work effectively with customers, both in person at the counter as well as on the phones. Our customers are the lifeblood of our dealership.

* Will work with various vendors and suppliers to ensure our customers needs are met.

* Strong PC skills are a must as we use technology to electronically access parts files and ordering systems.

* Must be able to thrive in a fast paced retail environment. You will work with customers by phone and in person, off load trucks utilizing a fork lift, check in Parts and Accessories, receive them into our operating system, and stock our warehouse placing items in their assigned bins.

* Follow the dealerships Cash, Credit, Check as well as Open Account processing procedures.

* Will work with our Service Team and ensure their Parts and Accessories needs are met.

* Candidate must have a positive attitude who is Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.

* Working knowledge of Infinity Operating Systems a plus.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the candidate is frequently required to stand, walk and/or sit for long periods of time. Teammates should also be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
