Coldwell Banker Realty in Pittsburgh provides FREE training and has immediate openings for agents in our 12 branch locations that cover Western PA. Build clients for life as you become a trusted advisor to consumers who are in the process of selling their home and looking for a new one. No experience is required although you will need to obtain your real estate license and we can help you with that too! We have evening live-instruction virtual classes beginning April 10, 2023 from 5-8pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Coldwell Banker Realty offers an aggressive commission schedule that lets you earn up to $500,000 per year and we provide you with ongoing education and marketing support to get you there. Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain a real estate license before officially affiliating with Coldwell Banker. To earn a real estate license you will need to complete real estate classes (online or in-person) offered by an accredited learning institution and pass a state licensing exam. There are daytime and evening classes available throughout the year and Coldwell Banker is offering discounts for you to take your classes for only $100.
