Regional Account Manager

Position is responsible for east coast sales.

Career Transitions is engaged with a Midwest based manufacturer of bottles and lids used in filling and industrial environments. They have an opening on their team for a Regional Account Manager. Preference is candidate be based in Pennsylvania or New York with good access to the airport. Travel up to 75%.

This role is responsible for expanding sales through new business development with an assigned region. By working directly with the customer, you will assess needs and suggest solutions to satisfy those needs. Goal is to expand current market position as well as develop new market territories.

Regional Account Manager Responsibilities include:

• Visit customers and get information regarding quoting
• Self-motivate and manage activities to meet and exceed sales minimums
• Review quotes for accuracy and approve
• Follow up and ensure customer is satisfied with our products and services

Regional Account Manager Requirements include:

• Strong Sales background gained in manufacturing and/or industrial environments
• Strong marketing and cold calling skills, (warm leads provided)
• Ability to manage and prioritize your schedule and workflows
• Ability to travel up to 75%
