SMRT Systems is seeking a driven and people-oriented individual to support the growth of our internally developed digital marketing program. SMRT is a SaaS B2B company that offers innovative B2C solutions to our customers. Specifically, SMRT gives businesses using our point-of-sale system the opportunity to further grow their operations through our own brand of sophisticated automated digital marketing.

You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and demonstrating the value of our digital marketing products to both prospects and existing users. We’re looking for a quick learner with a curious mind and a can-do attitude.

Duties will include:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
• Identify leads and generate sales from within the SMRT client database using a combination of email marketing, phone outreach, etc.
• Schedule and perform virtual demos of the software for new and prospective users
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer relations and support pertaining to business growth, billing, and general account satisfaction
• Assist with Tier 1 customer requests (new campaigns, changes to existing campaigns, general consultations, etc.)
• Provide guidance to prospects and existing customers on marketing best practices/strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred
• 1-3 years experience with digital marketing
• Comfort with learning and using digital products and software
• Comfort selling to small and medium-sized business owners
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
• Flexibility – we’re growing and evolving

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
