Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the reason our customers come back! They will be excited to see your friendly face because of the outstanding customer service you provide and the important relationships you develop with our regular and new customers every day! You will assist new and returning customers with all paint related needs, including recommending additional products to make their job easier.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess customer needs and offer solutions
• Tint and match paint products
• Ensure store is clean and well stocked
• Lift, move, and stock store product while following safety guidelines
• Work in a retail store environment within store and making local deliveries in a safe and efficient manner, utilizing a company vehicle
• Assist customers by calculating surface area
• Utilize your geographic understanding of the local market
• Assist with retail store and warehouse responsibilities as needed as well as deliver quality company products

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years old with a valid Driver License
• Will work a consistent schedule
• Computer and internet applications proficiency
• Ability to read and follow verbal/written instructions
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. infrequently and 40-60 pounds routinely
• Spanish bilingual a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Raleigh, NC 27604: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
