Job duties:
- Schedule & attend in-person sales calls & networking events promoting A Better Solution's differentiators and home care services to community & referral partners
- Coach care professionals on ways they can improve & impress our clients
- Complete & document ongoing in-person quality assurance & customer service visits with clients/Uncover ways we can surprise and delight our clients
- Introduce new clients to their assigned care professional on all first visits
- Review client shift notes completed by care professionals and provide feedback
- Support Staffing Coordinator and Director of Operations as needed with staffing shifts
- Enter new client care plans and update present client care plans in Generations, our software system
- Communicate throughout the day via text, phone, email and internal call center notes with Staffing Coordinator, Director of Operations, & care professionals to ensure optimum client experience
- Briefly attend weekly orientations for new care professionals to introduce yourself & your position, help set professional expectations, and review key focus areas
- Celebrate Client Birthdays and anniversaries
Position Requirements:
- 5 -10+ years of experience in sales, healthcare, or home care
- Ability to problem solve independently
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Organizational skills & attention to detail
- Self directed with time management
- Excellent listening skills
- Polished interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn additional software and databases as needed
- Position offers a flexible schedule/Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to effectively carry out work function
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
