Regional Sales Engineer

H.S. Williams Co., Inc. – Raleigh, NC

We specialize in industrial and mass-productivity construction such as factories, warehouses, distribution centers, and government projects. Our origin was in pre-engineered steel buildings but we have since fulfilled the role of General Contract on hundreds of large projects. What is the job?

We are seeking a motivated salesperson to help drive and re-establish our territory in the state of North Carolina. This will be a remote opportunity and require some travel. Our areas of focus will include, but are not limited to the following:

Raleigh-Durham, Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Wilmington, Charlotte

The candidate must possess the following skills:

Goal oriented and results-driven.

Self-motivated.

Excellent organizational skills.

Daily communication with management, project management, and subcontractors as necessary.

Proficient with MS Office, Word, and Excel.

Proficient with taking and uploading digital photographs and organizing physical and digital files.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to put in extra hours as business requires.

Sales experience is preferred.

Construction experience is preferred.

Bachelors and/or Associates degree in related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
