Job Purpose
The Head of Business Development is responsible for growing business-to-business relationships and promoting company products in the market territory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a $250K book of business
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Managing small local sales team to execute strategic sales plans
- Cold and warm outreach to RI based contacts
- Creating proposals and presentation materials
- Develop relationships with businesses that could benefit from Surv as a referral source, employee benefit or temporary labor
- Give presentations to companies to convert them into customers and members
- Attend networking, sales and recruitment events
- Driving will be required to do sales pitch presentations to potential customers and to build the company community network.
- Reaching out to past customers to turn into repeat customers/members
Qualifications and Necessary Skill

Compensation
- Salary: $40K-$50K based on experience + bonus; room to grow
- Up to $100 to go towards purchasing technology such as a monitor, mouse, or external hard drive

Education and/or Experience Required
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 Years sales or account management experience
- Experience in in-home services industry
