The Position

We are seeking anindependent, entrepreneurial, detail oriented, and highly collaborativeindividual to maintain relationships and manage projects with our key clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as the product/project owner, working with clients and internal teams to craft the product/project workflow and execution plan for all activities.
• Manage partner projects - ensuring all necessary activities are progressing on-time and on-budget.
• Coordinate across design, engineering, manufacturing, and business development to ensure effective collaboration within Sproutel.
• Manage projects to identify key timepoints for client updates and participation, for effective collaboration and buy-in.
• Lead client communication, serving as the main channel from Sproutel.
• Organize and coordinate meetings with the client and internal teams.
• Assist in identifying and scoping new work based on ongoing client needs.
• Cultivate relationships with the client to grow business and ensure a longstanding collaboration.
