The Sales Program Manager for Small Business will be aligned with the Retail Sales Strategy Team and is responsible for developing and administering Small Business programs; this includes educational design, facilitation, performance measurement, and program analysis. The incumbent will collaborate closely with the sales strategy team and contribute program insights that support and drive the growth objectives for Small Business Banking at WSFS Bank.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a gap analysis of current Small Business training and programming.
• Design, build, and implement credit training based on WSFS credit policy and solutions incorporating industry wide best practices into the learning.
• Create defined sales process for Small Business; this includes program development and facilitation of training for basic, intermediate, and advanced levels.
• Establish goals and provide long-term vision of programming based on an understanding business objective for the Small Business segment.
• Identify and implement sales tools and processes to support Small Business programs and initiatives.
• Develop and continuously measure the effectiveness of the Small Business sales process
• Work collaboratively with all key stake holders to ensure program drives value and expected outcomes.
• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to WSFS’s Mission, Vision, Strategy, and Values.
• Stay abreast of industry trends.
• Bring creativity and passion that supports our focus on Associate and Customer engagement.
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
• Partner with Retail Sales Strategy Team to improve programs, support all departmental initiatives, and identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or other related field, or equivalent work experience required.
• Must have a minimum of five years of financial services experience in Small Business/Retail Banking including a strong understanding of and experience in Small Business lending products.
• Must have a minimum of five years of experience in a management role.
• Must have a history of program planning, content development, advanced presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Must have and be able to demonstrate exceptional communication including writing, content sample, and presentation skill.
• Proven leadership ability to successfully manage through ambiguity and rapid changes.
• Strong problem-solving skills required including identifying efficiencies, making recommendations for improvement, and collaboration efforts with multiple departments.
• Ability to quickly pivot, respond, and act on feedback and departmental needs.
• Ability to gather, synthesize, and present feedback on programming to Leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Power Point, Forms, Sway, Excel, and Forms.
