Full description of the position

Andrea's Police and Fire Supply is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have Retail/Customer Service/Order Entry experience, be organized, accurate, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Follow orders through the Order Entry process.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate with customers.
• Customize customer orders with extreme attention to detail.
• Assist First Responders with fitting uniforms and accessories.
• Process sales through the POS system.
• Close out each night at the end of the shift.

Requirements:

• Retail/Customer Service/Order Entry experience.
• Ability to follow orders and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and accuracy skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable commuting or planning to relocate before starting work.
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 50lbs.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 10am-5:30pm
• Alternating Saturdays 10am-2pm

• Paid Time Off: Employees are eligible for nine days of paid time off and will have the opportunity to accrue additional paid time off after five years of employment.
• Sign-on Bonus: A $300 bonus will be awarded to eligible employees after successful completion of the initial three months of employment, with an additional $300 bonus to be received after successful completion of six months of employment.
