Let’s get down to the nitty gritty and talk responsibilities and duties:

· Provide excellent customer service to members/guests while building lasting client relationships

· Achieve personal sales goals, while supporting goals of your team

· Sell memberships and products (must be able to meet conversion % goals)

· Follow all standard operating procedures outlined

· Perform required daily operational tasks, includes answering phones, booking appointments, following proper file procedures and maintenance, restocking, cleaning and other duties as assigned

· Perform various other duties as assigned by manager

· Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance

· Positive mindset

· Proven ability to sell and meet sales targets is a must

· Strong personal initiative needed

· Ability to adapt in a dynamic, high growth environment, while maintaining professional standards

· Computer skills required (POS system preferred) and experience with Mindbody is a plus

· Previous sales and customer service experience a plus

· Must be able to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays

· Team player

· Image conscious; maintain professional appearance at all times

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $23.00 per hour
