We are a full service insurance agency looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager's role is to oversee our personal lines customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships and answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. If you are familiar with account management software AMS-360 , have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior, we'd like to meet you.

Job Description

Personal Lines Account Manager

Account Managers are primarily responsible for servicing personal lines insurance policies (new and renewal) while creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, underwriters, and other professionals.

Duties of an Account Manager are:

Become proficient on AMS 360. Using the sytems suspense system.

Service and sell personal insurance products to existing and new customers.

Provide customer service to existing and new customers.

Strong written, oral and phone skills.

Working knowledge and/or experience with AMS360, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams), and PL Rater.

Service an average size book of business.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1 – 3 years of Personal Lines exerience

Experience with the Applied Agency Management System

Organized, detailed, able to multi-task

Knowledge of Personal Insurance Lines coverages,
Excellent verbal and written skills

Full time position, Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm

Salary contingent on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000- $65,000 per year
