ELITE Buys Homes, LLC is hiring a 1099 Real Estate Agent in the York, PA area to join our growing team. In business since 2008, ELITE Development Group is a real estate investment and construction company servicing south central PA. We invest in the properties, people and communities we serve. This position will be responsible for assisting clients with the buying and selling of properties. Requirements include a valid real estate license that must be transferred within first 30 days to Elite, a minimum of 5 years’ proven track record buying/selling homes, a valid driver’s license, bilingual skills desirable. Ideal Candidate Requirements:

● Consults with clients to understand their real estate needs.

● Gathers, provides, and explains details of current market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and similar information.

● Assists selling clients with pricing based on current market values.

● Hosts open houses and other promotional events.

● Arranges or takes professional photography of properties for sale, highlighting appropriate features and attributes.

● Assists purchasing clients with identifying properties that meet their needs based on location, size, price, amenities, and other characteristics.

● Shows properties to clients, answering (or finding answers to) questions about the property.

● Assists clients (buying and selling) with the offer process, coordinating offers and counteroffers with the other party's agents.

● Ensures that terms and conditions of purchase agreements such as loans, home inspections, and pest inspections are met before closing dates.

● Ensures that paperwork is completed accurately and on time; corrects any errors or omissions.

● Complete required continuing education to ensure real estate license remains current

● Maintains knowledge of the housing market, anticipated developments, school performance, and other matters of client interest and concern.

● Develops and maintains positive relationships with attorneys, mortgage lenders, other real estate agents and contractors to whom clients may be referred.

● Market your real estate sales services and real estate portfolio within the community

● Coordinates activities required for property closing including document signing and fund disbursement.

Job Qualifications:

● Excellent verbal communication skills.

● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Thorough understanding of the real estate market and the laws, regulations, and best practices involved in real estate transactions.

● Proficient with Google Suite or related software.

● Valid real estate agent license in PA is required.
