Our office is seeking highly-motivated, consistent, learning-based individuals to fill the role of Full-time Real Estate Sales Professional. We offer extremely competitive pay and TONS of training & mentorship!

According to NAR "The median gross income of REALTORS®—income earned from real estate activities—was $43,330 in 2020... REALTORS® with 16 years or more experience had a median gross income of $75,000... compared to REALTORS® with two years or less experience that had a median gross income of $8,500..."

New Agents affiliated with our office typically close their first deal within 3 months of their start date.

Experienced Agents joining our network have seen their production double the first year and double again the following year.

Our network brings 3 different options to agents:

• Full Service: get all of our administrative help, marketing, lead generation and transaction coordination
• Agent-Partner: genrate your own leads and grow your own brand while still tapping in to our listing coordination, 1-on-1 coaching & mentorship and our transaction coordination services
• Solo-Agent: Join our office and build your own business while maintaining access to our mastermind and training sessions.

Our Team Lead aims to help turn at least 3 of our agents into Decamillionaires and at least 5 agents into Millionaires within the next 10 years! What are your real estate goals?

Our office is professional and focused on career growth. We didn't become agents so we could run around town talking big but performing small. We are a friendly, tight-knit team but we put business before happy-hours... we don't mind having a good time once the important stuff is wrapped up for the day though. Our office is located on Washington's Landing across the river from the Strip District, right next to the marina and Redfin Blues restaurant. We have tree-lined streets and plenty of off-street parking. We're also located next to a residential development with dozens of $600k+ townhomes. We are the only brokerage on the island.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
