Little Earth Productions is looking for an energetic, outgoing individual to join our goal-oriented team. This person will handle all aspects of our product catalog administration, from maintaining data integrity to customer support for our wholesale .com customers, assisting the sales team to maximize product sales and expand our market share.

Sales Administration:

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in (preferably) a wholesale business, a solid understanding of product data and inventory management. Candidate should also be organized and very comfortable with data entry, Excel and learning other programs or skills on the fly. Experience working with ERP or SAP software is ideal. Candidate should have a friendly, out-going personality with the ability to multi-task and perform functions quickly and accurately. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are important.

Duties will include the following:

• Create and maintain accurate product catalog listings for our e-commerce customers
• Liaison between IT, sales and production departments to ensure our EDI order flow is accurate and reflects actual available inventory
• Order entry and data processing.
• Work directly with our .com retailers and/or sales reps to support their efforts.
• Provide excellent customer service for our online wholesale and retail customers.
• Maintain an expertise in products and teams for which we are licensed
• Plan, set up and attend annual tradeshow

What you need:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel – a test will be administered at time of interview.
Experience with data analysis and ERP and/or EDI systems preferred

Organized: able to multitask and prioritize.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or in the accounting field is preferred.
Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize work functions to meet deadlines.

Note: You will need to be in the office for this position, however, occasional work from home is permitted.
