Compensation and Benefits

• $500 per week base pay plus commissions
• Average reps earn $55k-$65k per year. Top earners average $90k/year.
• Opportunity for growth and leadership.

Our Job Description

You will go door to door directly to potential customers' homes, collect some basic information, and set an appointment for a solar consultant to return.

Easy.

Energy prices continue to sky-rocket and utilities are becoming less and less affordable. Rather than continuing to rent from the utility company, IT IS TIME for homeowners to OWN their own power at a much lesser cost.

Smart Green Solar provides plenty of room for advancement with our CLOSER IN TRAINING program which gives our Canvassers a path for success.

No experience is required! We will train you on OUR PROGRAM which has proven to be successful over our 15+ year history. We will teach you on all things solar... as well as things like communication skills, negotiation tactics and how to overcome objections.
