Sales Consultant

Prestigious Event Rental is seeking an Event Specialist for our showrooms in Monroeville and Shadyside. The role is responsible for sales and revenue growth and works closely with the general manager. Incumbent should be experienced in developing relationships with prospective clients, recognizing opportunities for new business, and cross-selling to existing clients. Benefit package is available.

Brief Job Summary

The Sales Consultant will assist our clients with stellar service by tailoring our extensive product line and services to meet the needs of the client’s event.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gaining a comprehensive knowledge of our inventory
• Mastering our software program
• Proficient in order entry, service and follow-up processes
• Effectively develop and maintain existing accounts while acquiring and developing new customers
• Work one Saturday per month required

Education, Skills & Requirements:

• Fabric/design and special events experience preferred
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work independently
• Must maintain a professional personal appearance
• Enthusiasm for detailed customer service required
• Full-Time
• Willingness to learn extensive product line
• Friendly and courteous attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
