Experienced CA licensed real estate broker/agent(s) desiring to relocate and transition into full-time ownership and management of well-established #1 national franchised real estate brokerage. Located in the mountain resort community of Mammoth Lakes, California in the eastern high Sierra Nevada. Perfect opportunity to escape to a healthy mountain and recreational lifestyle. Opportunity includes a 30+ year strong local brand, real estate owned boutique office in fabulous resort location (with low overhead), long established, high SEO office website, and "turn-key" operation in place. Opportunity to be a "selling broker" and recruit and manage a small group of teams and agents and drive referral business from the SoCal markets. Existing broker/owner is looking to phase out of the real estate business entirely in a 5-8 year timeframe but would like to remain with the organization. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $73,908.00 - $94,216.00 per year
