We are a growing full service insurance agency looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships and answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. If you are familiar with account management software AMS-360 , have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior, we'd like to meet you.

Job Description:
The candidate will be expected to:
Operate our agency management computer program;

Manage existing accounts including client communication, policy changes, renewals, payments & claims;

Quote and re-market existing policies as needed;
Cross sell Personal Lines accounts;
Communicate with insurance carrier underwriters and claim adjusters

Qualifications and Requirements:
1 – 3 years of Personal Lines exerience

Experience with the Applied Agency Management System

Organized, detailed, able to multi-task

Knowledge of Personal Insurance Lines coverages,
Excellent verbal and written skills

Full time position, Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm

Salary contingent on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000- $65,000 per year
