All American Windows & Co. is a premier window installation company that is seeking Entry level sales representatives. We are seeking motivated individuals to be a part of an outstanding job experience and first rate income, while gaining real world experience in sales. We support our sales team with state of the art lead technology to ensure our sales representatives have every ounce of support in finding their next sale.

• Comfortable giving window presentation in person
• Takes action and owns responsibility without needing to be micromanaged
• About the job
• Present window solutions to homeowners through Door to Door self-generated leads
• Daily correlations with sales and leadership trainings in real time
• $600-$800 plus 1% of entire deal tiered commission scale
• Up to 100% of commissions paid up front once a deal is signed, no waiting months to get paid!
• Bonus incentives for monthly revenue milestones
• Monday - Saturday and major holidays off.
