Solar Appointment Advisor

Caliber Flex Solar is seeking a highly-motivated Solar Appointment Advisor to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals that are ready to help us scale our outside sales team: experience in recruiting, training and growing an outside sales team is required, but we also have paths to grow you into this position as well.

• Scheduling appointments for potential consultations, procedures and visits with Solar Professionals.
• Coordinate with homeowners a time that is conducive to the Solar Pros presentation schedule.
• Collect 12 months of average bills from customer to build accurate proposal for SolarPro
• Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range : $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location and travel opportunities

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
