Full description of the position

We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, inquiries and signing customers up for services; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities:

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls and emails in a timely manner Follow communication best practices when handling different topics Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions Provide recommendations to upsell additional services Build sustainable relationships and engage customers with pride and professionalism Document details of all conversations in our customer service database Meet all minimum standards as defined by the company Skills * Previous experience in the customer service industry – preferred but not required * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Familiarity with Microsoft Office * Outstanding customer service skills with a “the customer is always right” attitude * Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Job Type: Full-time Starting pay: $18.00 per hour plus commission Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Holiday Pay Fun Atmosphere
