LH&W is currently experiencing growth that requires adding a Commercial Account Manager to our team.

We depend on Commercial Account Managers to:

• Answer questions about policy coverage and exclusions
• Identify and present cross-selling, up-selling, and referral opportunities to existing and potential clients that result in additional compensation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client details in the agency management system
• Stay current on product knowledge for each insurance carrier we represent
• Utilize insurance carrier website portals to obtain and manage policy and account information
• Complete requests for certificates of insurance

LH&W is located in West Chester, close to major highways, in a very modern office setting with state-of-the-art technology to support our team, clients, and carriers.

This is a hybrid position, Tuesday through Thursday in our West Chester office and Monday and Fridays working from home.

Position Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Higher Education
• A Property & Casualty License in the State of Pennsylvania
• Technologically proficient (Skilled in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Power Point)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
