We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our growing Sales team. This individual will engage with current clients in the Enterprise segment to identify how LegitScript can help them drive key business and growth objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, developing and executing expansion, add-on, and renewal opportunities, and helping build the overall strategy of the sales department.

What you'll do:

  • Work cross-functionally to manage a pipeline of potential opportunities, navigate closing processes, and consistently achieve individual sales quota for both revenue retention and upsells.

  • Engage current clients via phone, email, and video communication platforms to perform regular wellness checks, ensure top-tier service quality, retain current partnerships, and assist with expansion and add-on opportunities .

  • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through the use of sales tools.

  • Understand prospect pain points and develop a value proposition specific to the customer's needs and business goals.

  • Navigate sophisticated procurement cycles with multi-stakeholder sign-off including executives, legal, information security, etc.

  • Develop and negotiate proposals and contracts.

  • Be comfortable presenting products to prospective clients, both in person and virtually

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to all client partners throughout the entire sales and onboarding process

  • Be competitive in nature with strong passion to exceed personal and professional goals

  • Have an aptitude to understand and articulate key business drivers and overcome potential client partners objections by effectively communicating the LegitScript value propositions

  • Be team oriented and collaborative with all departments

  • Be open to consistent, formal coaching from leadership, sales coaches and peers


What you'll bring:

  • 8+ years of B2B, Enterprise SaaS sales or relationship management experience in a quota-carrying role.

  • Consultative sales or relationship management experience for products/solutions that affect multiple partners and areas of a customer organization.

  • Ability to develop, implement, and execute a client retention and expansion strategy with minimal oversight or direction.

  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree

  • Skilled in verbal and written communications

  • Exceptional organization skills and time management

  • Proven experience adapting and thriving in a constantly changing environment

  • Positive, entrepreneurial attitude

  • Knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce)
