Overview of Position

We are looking for a face-to-face Sales and Marketing Representative to provide first-class customer service and generate consumer leads for our top clients. The Entry-Level Sales and Marketing Representative will be exposed to the dynamics of management strategies, leadership development, and operations knowledge. You will interact and handle customer needs directly while simultaneously developing the necessary skills to lead and manage a team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through daily training
• Manage daily promotional events
• Provide a world-class experience to all existing and potential customers
• Inspire positivity, growth, and dedication within the team, and show up every day with the right mindset for success
• Provide friendly and personalized service to each of our client's customers, promoting the right solutions and brands for each individual's needs
• Collaborate with team daily
• Ensure clients' needs are being met by maintaining up-to-date on lead requests and production of the sales and marketing teams.

Job Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of Customer Service experience
• Ability to lead and develop team members
• Ability to perform Account Retention
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Multi-task and react well under pressure
• Identify and resolves problems promptly
• Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team
• Balances team and individual responsibilities that help build a positive team spirit

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,468.29 - $75,593.89 per year
