Full description of the position

Phoenix Modular is currently looking for a qualified construction/sales estimator. We are a commercial modular manufacturing company that specializes in the design, engineering and production of custom modular buildings for a wide range of industries. This position will handle support duties for new projects and existing customer sales. This position will also work in unison with the purchasing staff and the drafting department to ensure the development of quote documentation, drawings, and permits are completed.

Ideal candidates should possess the following skills:

- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and work well under pressure to
meet changing deadlines

- Have a strong understanding of commercial construction types and assemblies

- Perform detailed quantity take offs from plans

- Possess good interpersonal communication & problem-solving skills

- Detail oriented and organized

- Have excellent time-management and planning skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
