About us

Universal Automation & Mechanical Services, Inc. is a premier union mechanical contractor based in Foxborough, MA. We provide HVAC, plumbing, electrical and sheet metal services throughout the Greater Boston Area. As a service and install based contractor in multiple trades, we are a one-stop-shop for our customers.

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support our outside sales team. The ideal candidate for this position has a background in inside sales, attention to detail and a forward-thinking mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Develop meaningful relationships with customers
• Provide quoting assistance to outside sales team.
• Act as customer liaison to sales team.
• Handle administrative duties for the sales team.
• Maintain daily logs to ensure all customer needs are met.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
