Full description of the position
Kyocera Document Solutions Mid-Atlantic is a leading provider of document imaging products and services. As part of Kyocera Corporation, we are part of a global technology leader with over 14 billion dollars in annual revenue and operations worldwide. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Major Account Executive to market our full line of office technology and production products and services.
Responsibilities:
- The Major Account Executive is responsible to sell Kyocera’s complete line of office technology and solutions including: Office printing, copying, scanning equipment. Production Ink Jet, Managed Print Services, Document Management, Managed Network Services and other workflow solutions.
- Responsible for new business growth and development including prospecting, scheduling client introductions and meetings, preparing presentations, proposals and bid specifications to strategically win new business.
- This is a “Hunter” role and new business development is essential.
- Perform on-site client needs assessments.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives and provide customers with the highest standard of support through follow up contact and consultation, after the sale.
- Keep abreast of changes in technology and industry trends and understand how it applies to our customers and prospects.
- Manage the entire sales cycle across customer accounts, engaging specialists and additional support as needed.
- Manage and record activity through C.R.M.

Qualifications:
- Five plus years experience and successful sale track record in the office technology sector required.
- Excellent communications skills (oral, written and presentation skills)
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multi-task with excellent time and territory management skills
- Trustworthy and ethical in business dealings.
- High energy, self-confident, self-motivated and goal driven.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.
- Technology literate in Microsoft office and general computer skills
- Valid drivers’ License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
