Success Definition
This position is considered a full time, contracted position, exclusively working for Rentwell. Must possess an active Real Estate License for the state properties are located.
The Listing Agent demonstrates the knowledge, attitude, skills, and habits of a high-achieving person who is committed to putting clients first, does the right thing, and seeks win-win agreements.
Selected Day-To-Day Activities
Lead Generation of Clients- Consistent and positive interaction with potential and current clients and contact development to increase leads and sales. Maintains current best practices and market trends. Update and maintain HubSpot on a regular basis.
Lead Conversion - Focus on converting leads to appointments to agreements. Ensure owners understand agreement terms. Balances the needs of the client with the needs of the company, and addresses concerns, doubts and hesitations.
Brand Ambassador - Actively promotes Rentwell in several mediums: In person, social media, local events, open houses, etc. Demonstrates good judgment in a professional and positive manner. Establishes brand recognition in the Rentwell current and future markets.
Client Onboarding - Responsible for accurate and timely completion of all paperwork, compliant with governing laws and Rentwell policies. Demonstrates extreme clarity, professionalism and tact in all client, prospect and team member communication. Ensure the handoff to a property manager is smooth and clearly communicated with all current Rentwell documents.

- Must possess a real estate license in the state in which Rentwell property is located
- Able to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing.
- Ability to network in a positive manner and represent Rentwell in the marketplace
- Client service and attention to detail is a priority

- # New Management Agreements Signed (Standard, OneRate, BOSS)
- Average Rent [$1,200]
- Conversion Rate [20%]
- New Contacts Made [1 per week]
- Establish a Positive Brand Recognition
- Proper hand-off to PM during client on-boarding
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,237.85 - $60,000.00 per year
