Sales Manager:
We are in search of a Sales Manager for the enVision Hotel & Conference Center. The candidate will manage all aspects of rooms sales and identify, develop, and maintain, online presence, sales and marketing objectives in accordance with the hotel's budgetary revenue goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Sells hotel guest rooms, groups and meeting space through direct client contact to maximize total rooms revenues and profits.
-Establishes a client base of organizations, associations, social, and corporate businesses through direct outside and inside sales effort for the purpose of securing business for the hotel to ensure that predetermined sales expectations are met or exceeded.
-Develops and maintains relationships with key clients in order to produce group business.
-Negotiates guest room rates, meeting room rental, and hotel services within approved booking guidelines. Confirms in writing to the client all requirements via sales contract.
-Conducts tours of the hotel facilities; entertains qualified potential clients in accordance with company and property policies and procedures.
-Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
- Hotel experience preferred
- 2+ years hotel sales experience within the corporate/ group market or equivalent Front Desk or Guest Services related experience
- Strong solicitation/prospecting/negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and superior guest service skills.
- Actively participate in industry related organizations.
- Must have valid US Driver’s license and adequate transportation
- Must be self-motivated and detail oriented
- Maintain a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
