AZ Perfect Comfort is currently hiring for a full-time In-Home HVAC Sales Consultant to connect with customers in the Phoenix, AZ area and offer them the best possible solutions for their home comfort needs. This Sales Consultant position enjoys having unlimited earning potential, and the chance to earn $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, based on experience, and typically works Monday-Friday with some on-call and weekend hours required. REQUIREMENTS FOR AN IN-HOME HVAC SALES CONSULTANT

As an In-Home HVAC Sales Consultant, we rely on you to extend our reach while providing excellent solutions for our customers' home heating and cooling needs. Being a people person, you are optimistic and friendly when meeting new people, and after reviewing their heating and cooling systems, you facilitate any questions, and thoroughly inspect their equipment to ensure accurate recommendations and estimates. You are honest when providing possible solutions, including sharing all benefits clearly. After a sale has been made, you are quickly to communicate details with the installers and oversee the project from start to finish.

In order to keep your customers "in the know" with the latest and greatest, you are proactive when attending all staff meetings, and you track all sales and seek to follow up with customers on their experience. At the end of the day, you love not being stuck behind a desk all day, and take great pride in helping our clients better meet their home comfort needs!

• Completed high school diploma or equivalent
• Can pass a background check and drug screening
• Current AZ Driver's license with clean driving record
• Can proficiently use a computer
• Willing and able crawl in tight places and climb ladders, work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on rooftops
• Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs

3 years of sales experience and a background in HVAC is a plus!
