Neutron focuses on supplying Cleaning Professionals and Professionals who clean. Your Role: Develop, manage and supervise the sales team and daily workflow.

In this role you will be responsible for the sales results for your direct team as well is your individual sales for your book of business. Your focus: Drive the overall results for each sales rep within your unit and exceed your teams quota. Provide guidance and direction to include one on one coaching, sales skills, CRM, alternate systems and product knowledge. Provide guidance on creating an effective calling strategy utilizing the CRM dashboard and activity list to create the appropriate filters.

• Create a positive work environment through effective team meetings and one on one coaching sessions. Ensure account coverage is balanced among active and inactive customers. Teach effective call flow and selling techniques tailored around Neutrons monthly promotions, customer referrals and upselling. Teach industry specific probing/needs identification for ideal product solution recommendations.

Increase product penetration within buildable accounts and improve customer average order value. Establish effective goals and create a plan to execute. MOTIVATE and INSPIRE. Achieve your individual sales results and grow your book of business.
