Are you outgoing and do you value customer service? Are you knowledgeable and service oriented? If so, we are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist, who will grow existing customers, create new customers, meet or exceed sales expectations at appropriate margins, while increasing customer satisfaction.

As an inside Salesperson with Grove Supply your specific duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Interacting with customers at our location or over the phone, providing the customer service and support needed to generate and close sales.
• Generating new and repeat sales by providing plumbing & heating product and technical information to our contractor customers in a timely manner.
• Determining customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products alternatives and solutions, based on cost, availability or specifications.
• Processing sales orders and bids and provide price, credit and terms to customers.
• Monitor scheduled shipment dates from vendors to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
• Manage time effectively, multi-task to meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the sales team and company.

Desired Skills and Experience

As an Inside sales person, you must be friendly, optimistic and service oriented. Excellent verbal communication is a must and all sales people must approach customer interactions in a honest and ethical fashion.

All interested applicants must possess:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Two years of industry experience
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
• The ability to maintain positive relationships with fellow employees, vendors and customers

Our ideal candidate will also:

• Have a comprehensive knowledge of product
• Have wholesale distribution experience
• Have had experience with Eclipse inventory and order process software
• Possess the determination and drive to prospect new customers
• Possess the desire to assist fellow employees with other tasks as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
