Ocean State Condos (™) is hiring multiple LICENSED Realtors® to join our team of Certified Condo Specialists®.

• VERY GENEROUS COMMISSION SPLIT starting at 70% to agents. No monthly "desk fee" or "draw". Hang your license with us and work at your own pace.
• EXTENSIVE TRAINING, SALES SUPPORT AND LEAD GENERATION systems provided through RealGeeks [please apply online] ESTATE LICENSE IS A MUST, but any experience or annual activity levels are ok (one transaction per-year minimum).

Potential candidates include:

• Experienced Agents with existing book of clients
• New Agents building a business
• Part-time Agents doing sporadic transactions for family / friends
• Licensed investors / flippers doing transactions for themselves
• Not a salary position - 100% Commission - contract / 1099.
• No Limit or Cap on Earnings
