Your goal is to provide pathways to personal training for your clubs membership, and be the positive personality that loves to engage with everyone on the fitness floor. You are the type of person that likes to dive into analytics and make both your team and yourself wizzes when it comes to data. O2 Fitness will provide excellent tools including the Hubspot CRM, [please apply online] and continued education in motivational interviewing, success coaching, and leadership training. Primary Responsibilities

• Manage personal training team to hit each months PT revenue goal and help the team find new opportunities through Hubspot reporting.
• Call, email, and discuss training with new members, existing members, and all potential clients in the community.
• Portray an upbeat culture and positive attitude at all times to enhance member and team experience - our profession is everyone elses hobby.
• Track club KPIs
  • Total % of members that participate in personal training at your club
  • New sales each month
  • Recurring revenue or your teams ability to keep happy clients
• Have a team mindset and take care of the club as it is your own - cleanliness, wiping down equipment, refilling cleaning supplies, re-racking weights, and help the O2 Fitness team maintain the highest level of cleanliness in the fitness community.
• Take each opportunity to meet members with a welcoming and team mindset - teach studio fitness classes, cover the front desk and welcome members and guests when not with a client, get to know new members and provide a familiar face to help them navigate the club.
• Work seamlessly with the Home Office sales team and Member Experience Team, as they will help you reach your goals to fill your schedule.
• We believe in providing a Program Design session for every new member that walks in the door, we know we can help anyone achieve their goals and we are here to support them.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, ACE, NCSF, ISSA)
• CPR certified with up-to-date certification
• Sales experience preferred

Compensation

Salary plus commission and bonuses. Bonuses are paid out monthly, quarterly, and annually. Medium income range is $60k-$80k per year. Full benefits plus 401k.
