Utilize Salesforce, tablets, and other cutting edge technology

Work with more customers on a daily basis

A strong mentorship program

Include contactless sign up for health and safety

Newest services in our portfolio: Upgraded telecommunication services, streaming services, standard programming, bundling services for discounted rates, faster speeds. Help customers take control of their everyday needs and help them understand their choice in providers.

We are actively looking for sharp sales professionals who have ambition and drive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Contact our ready to purchase consumers: upgrading existing accounts, signing up new accounts, and handling general account management

Assist customers throughout the entire sales process

Ensure customer retention and customer satisfaction post-sale

Attend conference calls, local, regional, national training to assist you in further developing your personal skill sets

REQUIREMENTS

Must have a passion and drive for success; self-motivated

Must have a great student mentality; training is provided for this role

Must have basic computer & tablet skills to troubleshoot to assist customers

Previous sales experience in a similar industry is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
