Compensation:

Competitive Base pay of $16/h with an aggressive commission plan, bonuses and spiffs. Total compensation $50,000.00 - $100,000.00+ per year. No cap on commissions!

Shift:

Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm, 10:30am - 7pm, or 11:30am-8pm EST & Mandatory 2 Saturdays per month. Total of 40 hour work week.

The next training class is Wednesday, February 22nd.

We are looking for talented and competitive Telephone Sales Representatives that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. A Telephone sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

This position is approx 80% outbound calling warm leads.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Close sales and achieve quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Perform effective online demos to prospects

Skills

• Proven inside sales experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Computer Requirements:

• Windows PC running Windows 8, 8.1 or 10 (no Macs or Chromebooks)
• 2.0 GHz Processor or better
• 4 GB of RAM or more
• 120+ GB SSD (recommended) or HDD, with 20 GB Available Free Space
• Screen display resolution minimum of 1920x1080
• A minimum of two available USB ports (for headset and mouse)
• Monitor with a recommended resolution of 1920x1080, minimum resolution of 1366x768
