We're proud to announce that we're on the hunt for a Licensed Real Estate Broker with a true startup mindset to join our fast growing team!
We have an exciting, ground-floor opportunity available right here in our hometown of Richmond for a Virginia Licensed Real Estate Broker in great standing to help us expand our modern take on real estate brokerage here and nationwide.

Nestiny Realty is powered by our own proprietary technology with our consumer facing, interactive real estate web experience to educate and prepare consumers at Nestiny.com and our software platform to help Real Estate Agents nurture their clients and grow their businesses in a more modern and digital way.
Nestiny.com has attracted more than 145,000 members nationally and has a nationwide referral network of 4,100 real estate agents already. So while we're still somewhat new to the brokerage side of things officially, our team has been incredibly busy for the last several years fine-tuning how best to help consumers and real estate professionals... and we know we're on to something good. ;) We already have our first location up and running in Richmond, Virginia where we are based and we've just opened our second location here in Cincinnati.
Our ideal candidate will possess a positive "whatever it takes" attitude, team player mentality, creativity to think outside the box, drive to succeed, a sense of humor, healthy supply of patience, decent share of tech savviness, strong attention to detail, the ability to inspire others and help create an excellent reputation in the RVA community.
A Broker that understands the ins and outs of a real estate career and has the experience to back that up -- coupled with an open mind to helping other Agents embrace the coming changes in our industry in new ways... is the needle in the haystack we're looking for.
We're looking for a Broker at a place in their career where they are focused more on "giving back" to their industry and fellow Agents rather that be selling personally. We have a ton of innovative tools we are building and we want our Broker to embrace and train our Agents with our proprietary system and help us keep improving it to give our Agents a real competitive advantage in building their careers.
The main responsibilities for this role include the following:
- Caring about improving the lives of others through helping Agents achieve their goals, consumers achieve homeownership and elevating our industry
- Leading the growth of the brokerage by identifying, reaching out, interviewing and recruiting new Agents to join our firm in creative and memorable ways
- Proactively coaching and mentoring our Agents through embracing and championing our unique software suite to assist our Agents in increasing their business with a more modern approach
- Creating and conducting a training schedule to offer our Agents timely and valuable one-on-one and group workshops and hosting guest speakers
- Providing input to our Product team for marketing, support and training purposes through helping with content writing, video creation and cutting-edge ideas
- Giving timely advice to Agents as they navigate real estate transactions and ensuring contract compliance by leveraging your real estate expertise

You see, our Founder was an agent who began her career and weathered the Great Recession as a full time Realtor. Her prior background at several high tech software firms and startups gave her a unique lens for solving problems. And once she realized her clients and peers were all suffering from the same issues she was experiencing and observing, she had a few epiphanies. These realizations resulted in a relentless pursuit on how to solve the problems in one broad stroke for consumers and real estate pros - through education.
And rather than save these ideas to grow her own business as the market corrected, she decided to build something that would help everyone in the industry as well as consumers achieve homeownership more easily. After all, what's more important to most people than a home?! So that's how Nestiny was born. We began as a tech company and expanded into brokerage with Nestiny Realty to give better tools to Agents as well!
She then surrounded herself with other bright and driven teammates who all quickly rolled up their sleeves and the rest is history!
Bottom line: We have a grand vision for how we will achieve our mission and we're looking for one more rockstar to add to our team for this one-of-a-kind opportunity based right here in RVA and just so you know...we have plans for even more expansion into other cities very soon.
