Full description of the position

Cadigy Inc. has an opening for a seasoned account manager to serve as a single point of contact for all customer inquiries about the accounts they manage. Other duties and responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers clearly and resolving issues that arise in a timely manner.
  • Raising customer concerns and needs to the company’s business management.
  • Negotiating and closing business contracts with existing and new clients in conjunction with management decisions. This includes issuance of quotes for customer repairs and upgrades and also ensures that the necessary documentation such as reworked quotes, scheduled delivery dates, purchase orders, and technical reviews conducted before repair work is made on customer returns.
  • Coordinate processing of customer returns within the company to ensure customer requirements are met and notify customers of the return shipment schedule.
  • Attend return material authorization review meetings with RMA Group (technical, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, materials, planning, inventory, and management) to facilitate timely communication and closure of customer related actions.
  • Work with the RMA group to set delivery objectives and communicate the affected functions within the company about any changes requested by the customer.
  • Delivering sales pitch to prospective customers, preparing and presenting business updates to company management and customers.
  • Following up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the company’s products or services and facilitate with management any customer feedback.
  • Contribute information on sales strategies by assessing current product results, assessing needs to be satisfied, and analyzing customer reactions or feedback.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in customer service and management, business development, and sales.
  • Experience in dealing with medical device industry or technology is a plus.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, multitasking, interpersonal and emotional intelligence, data collection, and analysis skills.
  • Bachelors Degree in Sales or Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant/certified strategic account certificates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
