Sales Associate - Screen Printing and Embroidery Industry - FT and PT (Eagan, MN)

We are seeking a friendly, positive, detailed oriented person to join our screen printing and embroidery team. We have a history of developing long-lasting relationships with our clients, and our Sales Associate will be a key person to develop and maintain these important relationships both inside and outside the organization.

The responsibilities include:

• Leading and working with the Project Coordinator team members
• Working with team to increase sales and assist company growth
• Communicating with customers via phone and email
• Assist walk-in customers
• Assist customers select the best products for their needs
• Assisting customers order merchandise
• Entering detailed product orders into the computer
• Placing product orders with vendors
• Resolving customer complaints

We’re looking for a self-motivated person who has:

• 3+ years of direct office experience
• 2+ years of specific Promotional Products or Screen Printing and Embroidery Industry a huge plus.
• MS Office computer skills and who enjoys learning new computer programs
• Solid writing skills
• Proficient typing skills - minimum of 70-75 words per minute
• Great phone and office personality – friendly, fun, outgoing, upbeat
• Bilingual skills are beneficial
• Fast learner – information on 1000s of products
• Strong in detail orientation to enter, track and triple check orders
• Skills in math and numbers and can handle detailed product pricing, item numbers
• Enjoys working with and supporting a great team of employees
• High levels of follow through and accuracy
• Flexible, can-do attitude to do whatever it takes to get the job done
