The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations in the sales department. Their duties include training sales staff, relaying information from upper management to department staff on sales quotas and generating leads to divide among sales reps. Maintain and grow the sales team. Daily communication with all sales representatives. Proven track record of field sales experience. Maintain and increase sales volume through training and personal production. BBA in Management and at least 2 years of sales experience in solar systems. Bilingual (preferred English & Spanish). The company will provide a Tesla as transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• sales of solar systems: 2 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
