Olympus Group has an immediate need for an Associate Project Manager for our Milwaukee facility. This individual will support our Account Executives across our nationwide network of print facilities with quoting, order entry and project management within our custom print division. The ideal candidate must have the ability to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced, quick-turn environment while providing the highest level of customer service. A background in digital printing, dye sublimation, or a similar manufacturing environment is beneficial but not mandatory. A person who has strong organizational skills and pays attention to the details will succeed in this role. This role serves as a great entry point into a dynamic company with the opportunity into an Account Management role.

Essential Duties:

• Support Account Managers across our nationwide network of print facilities enabling them to close more business.
• Become proficient with Olympus Group processes, ERP system and quoting tools to the point that you can be a resource for others in the company.
• Become proficient with different Modular Frame Systems and be able to read frame diagrams.
• Interact with clients to understand scope of projects and provide solutions based on needs.
• Project manage complex projects that might be coordinated across multiple production facilities.
• Assist in sourcing materials for custom projects.
• Lead Project Launch meetings.
• Coordinate and manage client viewings in production.
• Review open orders daily for accuracy.
• Follow up on open issues as per customer, sales lead, or production and provide direction.
• Review proofs for accuracy prior to submitting for approval.
• Create and send daily job status reports to Clients and Account Managers.
• Provide order entry support during off hours when need arises.
• Be flexible with solutions…custom print offers unique challenges every day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
