The compensation for this role will depend on experience.

Here's a Glimpse at What you'll Do:

As a System Sales Manager at Lantech, you will:

• Be responsible for the support and growth of Lantech Stretch and Case equipment sales through consultative selling, application analysis, strategic planning, training, and development. This specific position will typically interface with System Partners (Integrators), and Turnkey Solution providers in the Robotics/Automation segment
• Create, maintain and develop relationships with various System Partner Channel customers. This will include: (a) developing working knowledge of account operations and proactive relationship with key account personnel at multiple organizational levels; (b) developing and implementing account-specific strategies.

What are We Looking For? (Requirements)

We are looking for someone who:

• Has capital equipment experience
• Is willing to travel
• Is able to develop and implement a business plan for sales growth within their focus area

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Engineering background preferred.
• Packaging equipment experience is preferred
• Technical Sales/Support capabilities preferred.

Desired Skills:

• Consultative selling skills
• Customer satisfaction orientation
• Lantech product and application knowledge (must have or ability to learn)
• Strategic Planning skills
• Account management skills.
