Description

Our practice is looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our practice to provide creative ideas to help achieve our growth initiative goals. We need an engaging personality who can go out and generate patient referrals from other doctors and institutions and help develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns.


This is a perfect job for someone who can take direction, learn quickly, and work independently. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will have new patient referral goals and a generous incentive bonus plan. Serious applicants only, please.


Responsibilities

  • Visit different locations: doctor's offices, schools, assisted living institutions, etc., 2 to 4 days a month to market our mental health services. Build referral relationships, emphasizing face-to-face contact.
  • Help develop creative marketing initiatives to generate qualified patient leads.
  • Assist with content creation, tracking, and strategy.
  • Initiate and manage provider and practice profiles on our website and on third-party medical directories.
  • Work with our graphics design company to design compelling marketing pieces. Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral. Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
  • Prepare and analyze a monthly marketing scorecard.
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
  • Assist with marketing services to doctors, providers, and prospective patients.
  • Assist with special projects, including administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Must have at least two years of experience in the field of marketing/advertising/communications
  • Must have familiarity with internet and social media marketing such as PPC, SEO, Email Marketing, and Reputation Management.
  • Strong oral and written communication, organizational and administrative skills to interact effectively with business partners.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Must have reliable transportation
